Privacy Policy
How AltSlate Labs handles the emails you send us from this website, and what is stored in your browser. Last updated 6 October 2026.
Who we are
AltSlate Labs LLP (“AltSlate Labs”) runs this website and is responsible for the information described on this page. You can reach us about privacy at hello@altslate.com.
What we collect
This site has no forms. Its contact links open your own email app with a message addressed to us. If you send it, we receive an ordinary email: your email address, your name as your email app shows it, and whatever you write.
We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive personal information through this website.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. We do this because it is in our legitimate interest to answer enquiries, and because you have asked us to take steps before a possible contract. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and browser storage
- Necessary storage. Your cookie choice is saved in your browser so we do not ask again. This is needed for the site to respect your choice and cannot be switched off.
- Analytics. This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies today. If we add analytics, it will run only for visitors who have allowed it.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends this signal, analytics stays off without you needing to choose.
You can change your choice at any time: .
Other services involved
- Hosting. The site is served by Amazon Web Services. Like any web host, it processes technical details of each request, such as your IP address, in order to deliver the page.
- Email. Messages you send us are stored by our email provider.
- Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to fetch them.
- External links. Pages we link to, such as LinkedIn or Hugging Face, have their own privacy policies.
These providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States, under their own safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain a record of our business correspondence, and delete them when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep a record.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw permission you have given. Write to hello@altslate.com and we will act on your request. If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another place with similar laws, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
