Target messageFix it before it fails.

From reactive break-fix to proactive dispatch.

We built a real-time system for an oil & gas field operator that reads every well, catches the exceptions the moment they happen, and routes the right technician to the right asset — before it fails.

    The business case

Downtime is where production quietly leaks away.

Fields that still run on scheduled inspections and after-the-fact repairs pay for it twice — in lost output and in crews driving to healthy equipment. Closing the loop between sensor and technician turns scattered readings into prioritized work, automatically.

    01

    Less unplanned downtime

Early-warning signals surface degrading assets before they fail, so crews intervene on their schedule — not the equipment’s.

    02

    Optimized field crews

Tasks route to the nearest, best-fit technician automatically. No wasted travel, no unnecessary checks on healthy equipment.

    03

    Condition-based maintenance

A shift from time-based inspection cycles to work driven by the real state of each pump and well.

    04

    Higher production

Faster response to underperforming assets keeps output at optimal levels across the field.

    05

    Real-time situational awareness

Supervisors and engineers get one live view of asset health, open exceptions, and field efficiency.

    06

    A durable record

Every reading, exception, and task is persisted as time-series history — the foundation for predictive maintenance.

    How it works

    One loop, sensor to technician.

Telemetry streams in continuously. The exception engine scores every reading in milliseconds. When an asset drifts, a task is generated and routed by geolocation to the closest capable responder — who arrives already holding the latest diagnostics.

    Situational awareness

The whole field, on one live map.

Supervisors watch asset status update in real time — a pulsing dot the moment a pump crosses a threshold, a routing line to the assigned technician, a task closing out from the field app. No more waiting for the next inspection shift to learn what already broke.

    The engineering

    What makes real-time actually real-time.

The architecture indexes on velocity: readings are evaluated on arrival, exceptions are declarative configuration, and routing is location-aware by design.

    S-01
    Real-time SCADA & sensor ingestion
High-velocity telemetry — pressure, flow, runtime, vibration, temperature — aggregated from SCADA and field IoT into a single streaming platform, evaluated the instant it arrives.
    S-02
    Stream processing at velocity
Purpose-built pipelines (Kafka / Flink-class) that transform and score readings on arrival, not on the next batch cycle.
    S-03
    Exception-detection rules engine
Operational thresholds and anomaly logic defined declaratively, so engineers tune what counts as trouble without redeploying the platform.
    S-04
    Geolocation-aware task fabric
Live technician tracking wired into the routing layer, matching every generated task to the nearest, best-fit responder by location, skill, and urgency.
    S-05
Mobile field interface + ops dashboard
A mobile app to receive, action, and close tasks with history at hand, paired with a consolidated live operations dashboard.
    S-06
    EAM / CMMS integration
Protocol-agnostic connectors and APIs that speak to diverse field equipment and integrate with existing asset-management systems already in the field.
    Final assembly

Bring us the field that still runs on scheduled inspections. We'll make it proactive.

Reactive maintenance is where production leaks away. Let's close the loop between your sensors and your crews — and fix it before it fails.
